The “A Boy. A Girl. A Dream.” promotion at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival started yesterday (January 21). Together with fellow cast mates Omari Hardwick (Cass), Dijon Talton (Naqeeb), Jay Ellis, Qasim Basir (director) and Datari Turner (producer), Meagan Good first went to SAGindie actors only brunch.
Meagan and her team mates then stopped by the Hollywood Reporter studio and the IMDB studio.
Still accompanied by Jay Ellis, Qasim Basir, Datari Turner and Omari Hardwick, Meagan participated in two lives Q&A hosted by Facebook at Buena Vita and at the Vulture spot.
Finally, the “A Boy. A Girl. A Dream.” cast shared some behind-the-scenes videos on their official Facebook page.
Having attended four editions, Meagan Good is a veteran of the festival. The 36-year-old actress made her debut at the event in 2004 to present the action-comedy film “D.E.B.S“. Next year, she went there to promote the neo-noir mystery film, “Brick“. 3 years later, Meagan Good made a quick appearance… while none of her movies had been selected. The last time she attended the renowned film festival was for the premiere of “L.U.V” in 2012.
An exclusive preview for Qasim Basir’s third feature film “A Boy. A Girl. A Dream.” has been released, … and it features Meagan Good and Omari Hardwick!
The movie follows “Cass, an L.A. club promoter, taking a thrilling and emotional journey with Friday, a Midwester visitor, on the night of the 2016 Presidential election. She challenges him to revisit his broken dreams – while he pushes her to discover hers.”
